When I click FILE - OPEN FILE - it loads the Vista File Browser which shows Mozilla's default installation folder, and it immediately crashes. I am hence not able to do simple tasks like, in Gmail, I cannot attach files. The moment it asks for location of local file to upload, I click BROWSE, it loads VISTA File browser, it crashes. I have started Firefox in SAFE Mode with everything disabled, same problem.

2. OPEN FILE
3. CRASH

Crash
Expected Results:
Allow attaching of files.
