Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070206 Firefox/3.0.1
Build Identifier: 2.0.0.16 (20080707)
After selecting "About Mozilla Thunderbird" from the Thunderbird pull-down
on my computer (MacOS system software 10.4.11, TB 2.0.0.16) an about
box window pops up.
But then typing squiggle-W (aka command-w, aka applekey-w) does nothing.
I expect it to close the window, as this key combination does by default
for nearly every other window or nearly every other applicatio unless
configured otherwise.
Surprisingly, pressing the Escape key does close the window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "About Mozilla Thunderbird" from menubar pull-down.
2. Window pops up. Note that it has focus (window manager decorations coloured)
3. Type command-W.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Window should close.
Somebody must have made some effort to have this _not_ work!
