It works well. I'm in another tab, doing something else, and a UI glitch appears. It tells me that a new line of text came up in the Java applet. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a Java applet with text features - Chatango, etc. 2. Leave it in the background and browse another site. 3. Notice the UI glitch. I am on 10.5.4 on a MacBook (Late 2007). I do have a 64-bit Java installation.
