Post Bugzilla re-organisation the project areas page probably needs a bit of a tidy up (components and owners/peers)

Not sure why, the new components list was crafted after the project areas, actually. And the owners/peers are independent of Bugzilla, which should have generic default assignees and QA contacts mostly once things are done correctly.

We probably need to go through the owner/peer list and see if it needs updates independently of what bmo has.

Please do not resolve bugs like this without comment.
