Details 
At one of the moz08 summits it was decided to not use the modules directory for storing the ogg libraries. The ogg libraries should instead be moved to a new top level 'media' directory.
This patch changes the build files for the directory rename. The 'rename.sh' script needs to be run to do the actual move of the directories.
