User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 and Weaver 0.2.5
I've got Firefox 3.0.1 with Weaver 0.2.5 running on a Windows 2008 Server box. Weaver remembers the original password I setup.
I have since changed the password on my Weaver server and updated the saved password on two Windows XP SP3 systems running Firefox 3.0.1 and Weaver 0.2.5 with out any problems. The Windows 2008 system oddly does not save the updated password and I always have to re-enter it. The 'Remember Password' is checked.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Enter new password
3. Sign-in
4. Close Firefox
Actual Results:
I have to re-enter the password even then I've chosen to have it remember the new one.
Expected Results:
Firefox should open and automatically log me in to Weaver with the correct password.

I've replicated this on a Windows XP Professional install. The only thing in common with the Windows 2008 install is the physical hardware and the Truecrypt whole drive encryption I'm using.

I can't reproduce this bug in 0.2.99. Please reopen if you still see it.

Sorry I forgot to update this. I found the problem. User error.
I didn't realize if you configured Firefox to clear passwords on close it cleared passwords you entered into plug-ins as well. I assume it was only site passwords store in the password database.

Weave syncs the contents of the password store, so if you clear that local store, it'll clear the server side as well on the next sync.
