User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2pre) Gecko/2008080102 Minefield/3.1a2pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2pre) Gecko/2008080102 Minefield/3.1a2pre
I visited the webpage in URL, and started scrolling it down to see rest of content. I started to see visual corruption - page was unreadable, and looked like repeated artifacts taken from this page, or pages opened in other tabs (refreshing the page changed the "patterns", but not overall behavior).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://phrogz.net/ProgrammingRuby/taint.html
2. Start scrolling down
Actual Results:
Corruption can be seen
Expected Results:
Webpage gets scrolled normally
I'm using Xorg "nv" driver. I also tried turning on the "smooth scrolling" option. The corruption was still there, but with different pattern. The whole thing is on Gentoo Linux.

Oh, another comment: with smooth scrolling off, if I scroll down and refresh the page (F5 or toolbar button), the displayed part of the page is shown normally, no corruption. Scrolling makes it corrupted again. This does not hold however for smooth scrolling on.

The problem also occurs with Xorg "vesa" driver.

Probably Linux only; I can't reproduce the problem on Windows XP.

This is a minimal testcase i managed to produce. It has a long list of <p> elements with same contents (lorem ipsum). Problem manifests when scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Seems to be fixed in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1pre) Gecko/20080904020553 Minefield/3.1b1pre
I have a similar problem with this site :
http://www.air-defense.net/Forum_AD/index.php?topic=11015.1740
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2) Gecko/20080829071937 Shiretoko/3.1a2
But it seems to be fixed in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1pre) Gecko/20080908054322 Minefield/3.1b1pre
(tested under Ubuntu 8.04 with vesa driver and 177.70 beta from nvidia)
