[imagemap] an <area> focus ring is painted outside the image

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load the attached testcase

ACTUAL RESULT
The focus ring is rendered outside the image even though the clickable
area does not extend outside the image.

EXPECTED RESULT
The focus ring should be rendered in the lower right quadrant of
the image (like Opera 9.51 does).

Probably makes sense to fix the 1px error first, bug 362731.
