On the languages config page the special characters in the database don't show up in the special characters column.

This renames the column in the table and attribute in the object to specialchars, which is what pootle expects. This patch includes Attachment 332269 [details] [diff] to Bug 449090, since the place where the changes needed to be made was altered in that patch.
