449119 - Incorporate download button on Firefox 3 features page

Currently there is no download button.  To help conversion, suggest that we add this button to this page (similar to the security, customization, and organic pages) above the "Browse by Category" heading on the right column).

Ideally we'd do this for all locales that use the new site template.

Steven -- this is a formal bug per your previous correspondence with jslater last month.

Bringing everyone up to date, here's the conversation I had with Steven before vacations and babies threw this a little off schedule:

Hey Steven. As you've probably already seen, I've filed a couple of bugs for Mozilla.com updates and will be filing another one or two soon. I also wanted to ask your opinion about something before I file a bug:
We may direct some search traffic to the features page (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/features/), so it seems like a good idea to have a download button here. Do you think there's room to add one of those right nav download button promos like we have on pages like http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/security/? I'm assuming the widths and everything are the same so it should fit. But, can we fit it in above the "browse by category" section without pushing the rest of the content any further down the page?

I tried a quick mockup of this (download on right sidebar of Features page). I think the idea makes sense, but the sidebar on this page is not as wide as the other pages with sidebar download buttons.
As a result, it would take some tweaking to get a download box that fits. That said, I think I can do it and it will probably look ok. Just a few hours instead of a few minutes.

Hey Steven -- any chance that you are able to take a look at this sometime soon?  We're getting some good download traffic from the other support pages (organic, sercurity) and it would be great to have this on the features page (which gets the most traffic of that group).
