Using the available information collected in the databases graphs-stage.m.o and graphs.m.o we should be able to write a simple cgi script to query and discover:

- machines that haven't reported results in 24 hours (or 12 hours, if that is more reasonable)
- if a machine is reporting numbers of a different magnitude that in did in the previous 10, 20, 50 cycles
- if a machine is no longer in agreement with matching machines (same operating systems, branch, test configuration, etc)

Problems
- how to query quickly with the amount of data we have on hand (60G and counting)
- how often to update the display

All this is currently done manually (by Alice) right now, so having an automated dashboard-with-notifications for this will be great.
