I think the alternate rows could use like 1 or 2px spacing between them, vertically (1 might be enough?)

They seem kind of tightly spaced.

The same can be seen on tiki-editpage.php where the rows are too narrow and you will get lost in which label depends to which input field, checkbox, and so on.

Means we should probably increase the vertical margin/padding for all the form elements.

1. Added vertical padding for all form elements
2. border delimitation on editpage only (makes row separation clearer, e.g text input between Edit summary and Folksonomy Tags belongs to the latter).
