All mobile developers moved to hg a few months ago. There are no mobile checkins going into cvs-trunk, and no-one using the mobile builds we continue to produce from cvs-trunk. We can now disable those mobile builds from cvs-trunk, and clean up those build machines. (fyi, bug#433761 tracks producing mobile builds from hg).

I've now verified that the mobile slave is not being allocated work by 1.9 buildbot master, and is not listed on either tinderbox or buildbot master. The only work left to do is delete-the-VM, which is in bug#439484. Not sure if this is WORKSFORME or DUP or FIXED...but anyway, all done here.
