Load the page - part of hidden tbody displays below the visible height of tbody 2. Scroll the cells 3. Press minimise and then maximise Actual Results: overflowed cells display on top of all elements Expected Results: the cells should be hidden

It sounds like bug 423823. Is there a page (URL) to view or testcase you could attach showing the problem?
My appologies. yes this is a duplicate of bug 423823 using its attachment: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=311195&action=edit I was able to reproduce the error and I agree this is only Firefox 3 bug not Firefox 2
