when setting an overflow to tbody element to make table scrollable, on resize of the page and on first showing of the page - parts of hidden tbody appear on top of the screen

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the page - part of hidden tbody displays below the visible height of tbody
2. Scroll the cells
3. Press minimise and then maximise
Actual Results:
overflowed cells display on top of all elements

Expected Results:
the cells should be hidden
It sounds like bug 423823. Is there a page (URL) to view or testcase you could attach showing the problem?
My appologies. yes this is a duplicate of bug 423823

using its attachment:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=311195&action=edit
I was able to reproduce the error

and I agree this is only Firefox 3 bug not Firefox 2
