Hi Runa, the variable names and their format for the installer has been changed from fx2 to fx3.

This change is not caught by the compare-locales script, but only by a script run as part of the Windows build process, and currently yields a red windows tinderbox, check in on 
http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-bn-IN

Please look at the cvs trunk versions of the properties files in mozilla/browser/locales/en-US/installer, and copy them over to your localization to fix this issue.
I have copied over the en-US versions of the *.properties files and landed them in the cvs.
