Creating Bug report from Test Case Run - bug summary does not contain test case id

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) My Cases > choose Test Case > choose Test Case Run.
2) In Attributes section press button New to log a new bug. 
Actual Results:  
1) "Enter bug" window appears.
2) In Summary of the bug there's no id of parent Test case.

Expected Results:  
Test Case id in bug reported from a Test Case Run.
