Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0

I'm running FF2.0.0.14 on OSX Leopard, and FF3.0 on Windows XP simultaneously on the same machine with Parallels Desktop.

My computer recently crashed, and after logging back in, I opened up both Firefoxes. For both, the Session Restore dialog came up, however, in OSX the "Start New Session" button is on the left and the "Restore Session" button is on the right, whereas in XP the buttons are in the reverse order.

I very nearly wiped my session in the XP FF because I almost didn't notice before clicking the button that was on the same side of the dialog as in OSX.

I don't know what the behaviour is on Linux, but logic dictates it is different from at least one of these configurations ;-)

It would be most preferable if these buttons were in a consistent location across OSes.

Reproducible: Always
This is actually following the OS X HIG guidelines for dialogs. See bug 342765 comment 5 (and other comments).
