User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 It would be very nice to have an option to render the page to a bitmap (.png or .jpg) on the "Save Page As..." dialog. I guess it would be specially useful for web developers, to show problems in the page. It would also be useful for reporting rendering errors. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load any page 2. Open File/Save Page As... Actual Results: There's no ".png" or ".jpg" option on "Save as type" Expected Results: A ".png" or ".jpg" option on "Save as type" I found an extension that does this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3408 The UI is not the best, but maybe it is a starting point for a fully integrated implementation.
A quick search didn't turn up a possible duplicate, so confirming. It looks a lot better than a pdf, but maybe I've just never understood the purpose of a pdf if you can also do it as html.
