Saved form data on text fields does not appear on dragged tabs

Details
In a text field where saved form data would ordinarily appear as drop-down suggestions, it does not after the page has been dragged into another window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open page with a text field containing saved form data (http://www.google.com works for me).
2. Type in text-field to verify drop-down suggestions appear.
3. Drag tab to another window.
4. Type in text-field in new window.
Actual Results:
No drop-down suggestions appear.
Expected Results:
Drop-down suggestions appear.
