Now we're using Mercurial there's no excuse not to rename IENUMFE.CPP/H to IEnumFE.cpp/h and avoid the lame copy we currently have.

Proposed patch

Something went wrong on the diff and this shows up as copy instead of rename in the patch - I started over and my local diff now shows a rename as expected.
Pushed changeset ef7b855aa43d to mozilla-central.

For what it's worth, this causes hg up across this changeset to die on Mac, since the file system is not case-sensitive by default. So there is in fact a good excuse for not doing case-only renames: it breaks the hg repo on Mac.
