Firefox Thai L10n patch.

As we found out elsewhere, the help stuff isn't used anymore, so I didn't take that. The bookmarks stuff was regressing fixes, and there were a few other nits. I'll attach a new patch in a minute.

Sob, I was hoping for interdiff support here, but that's not working. Anyway, I'll land the state of the tree corresponding to attachment 333958 [details] [diff] [review].
