45039 - Bookmarks do not display/load into the Bookmarks Sidebar

With recent builds of Mozilla (7/07 and onward to 7/10), the bookmark sidebar 
refuses to display bookmarks.  Instead, it is caught in a perpetual "loading" 
cycle with the arrows constantly going round and round in circles.  This bug 
sometimes disappears, however, when I reboot mozilla.  However, I have found no 
consistent pattern with which to reproduce this bug.

I've seen this but there is no good way to repro and fully characterize the problem. This happens every now and
again when there are changes to the panel or sidebar. There are workarounds. A clean install or new profile will
definitely do it. Throwing out panels.rdf is a less drastic method. Possibly try using the customize dialog to first
remove and then after restarting the app add back in the bookmarks panel.
