Details

Should be imaged with the talos winxp ref image. The machine has been showing random weirdness that can't be diagnosed, and I'm hoping that a re-image will solve the problem. See description of issues in bug 450510. I'm marking this critical because we like having the fast cycle talos machines up, but it doesn't block because there are 3 other winxp boxes successfully cycling and reporting.
