Details

The log-in form at the URL features User Number and Password fields. The Password field includes an autocomplete="off" attribute. With the wallet.crypto.autocompleteoverride pref set to true, Firefox fails to offer to save the password for this site.

The preference you describe is a Seamonkey preference, not a Firefox one, and implementing it in Firefox has been discussed in bug 245333.
