Marco's bugzilla activity spans over 2 years, initially reporting bugs and doing confirmations. For the last 10 months he's been working on Places, working in SQL, C++ and JS in /toolkit and /browser. He's detail-oriented, responds well to review cycles, and his patches almost always come with unit tests. I vouch for him.
