450607 - talos reports moz-central as being on '2.0', should be '1.9.2'

When we brought up the talos mozilla-central boxes it was unclear what the branching strategy was going to be, now that the dust has settled we can see that we bet on the wrong pony.

All instances of '2.0' in the graphs.m.o db should be changed to '1.9.1' and new moz-central results should be reported as being '1.9.1'.

This looks fine. We're not bumping mozilla-central to 1.9.2 until we tag for 3.1b2 though - do you want to wait until that time (probably tomorrow) to land this?
