I checked in a unit-test for NTFS file systems that caused qm-win2k3-moz2-01 to create a directory that it now can't remove:

<p class="error">&lt;type 'exceptions.WindowsError'&gt;: [Error 13] Access is denied: 'D:\\builds\\slave\\trunk_win2k3-01\\build\\objdir\\xpcom\\tests\\windows\\NTFSPERMTEMP1'</p>

I have disabled the offending testcase, but can I get this extra directory removed please?
