When trying to resize and scroll the divs, the screen flickers. It is possible to see both actions, even that they are in the same js function.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. a div inside another div with overflow
2. one js function to resize the first one and scroll the another one
Actual Results:  
1. first div resizes
2. redraw
3. another div scroll
4. redraw

Expected Results:  
1. first div resizes
2. another div scroll
3. redraw

i do not see the described issue with either Firefox/3.0.1 ID:2008070208 or Minefield/3.1b1pre ID:20080909032504
