This happens on both my Vista and OS 10.5 versions, so setting to all.

This is a big problem in that it really limits folder managements. I noticed this problem mainly when doing an OPML import, as all feeds are imported as separate folders. I moved all my feeds into two main folders and proceeded to delete the extra folders I didn't want. Dragging these folders was the quickest way to delete the 8 or so folders and it failed. There is no multiple folder delete context menu item either, so I had to delete & confirm each folder one-by-one.
