When your FF is using Web proxy server which require login, weave fails sign in without asking for Proxy login and password

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your FF proxy server (Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Settings... ) to proxy server which requires login.
 
2. Set yout start page to blan page (Edit -> Preferences -> Main -> When Firefox starts: ) to "Show a blank page". It prevents FF from requiring proxy login for an startup page from Internet.

3. Be sure you switch off all extensions requiring access to Internet on FF startup.

4. Restart FF. Weave is trying to sign in Weave server but fails because there is no access to Internet, proxy did not get login and password.


Actual Results:  
Weave is prevented to access Weave server until you access an page in the Internet and proxy ask you for login and pasword. 
After successful login to Proxy server you can "Sign in" to Weave server and then do "Sync".
 

Expected Results:  
Weave should initiate login to proxy server (if it is set and requires login), before it fails to sync.

Weave is, in my point oview, accessing "Internet" a diferent way then "browser part" ;-) of FF.

Weave will retry logins on a backoff cycle, and we're trying to be unobtrusive, so we'll wait until the user auths on their own instead of prompting.  This is either WORKSFORME or WONTFIX, depending on how you want to look at it.
