User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 Build Identifier: Thunderbird 2.0.0.16, Lightning 0.9pre 2008081719 When getting an invite from Outlook, the Description field gets filled with the event details (timezone, location), instead of being blanc. Those details get imported just okay in the fields they should be in, but apparently a duplicate exists in the description. Don't know if it's a bug of outlook though, or if lightning could detect it and filter it out... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Let someone send you an invite to an event 2. Accept it to put it in your calendar 3. Double-click / edit it and look in the description field. Actual Results: Description field is filled with event details, instead of being empty. Expected Results: I'd expect it to be empty.
Laurens, could you please attach an ics fragment sent out by Outlook?

This is an outlook-thing, not even a bug imho.
Right, no Lightning bug. Maybe you could configure Outlook to not send it.
