Our linker and library creater output a errorlevel of 4 on warning errors which causes the build to stop, even though these are just warnings. This patch will cause the OS2 makefile to ignore errors. If possible, we would like this in NSPRPUB_CLIENT_BRANCH so that we can build retail off of the tip.
