This happens quite often:
When I rollback an edit (i.e. reject an edit), clicking on the confirm button does nothing.

May be related to bug 441668 ["Sea Surfing (CSRF) detected. Operation blocked." when deleting stuff].

It works now, after a quick test; but I've been using the 'Remove' link in the actions box to rollback edits. (The history method is needed when I need to rollback back more than one edit.)
