Yesterday, when there was no conflicts afaict, I published en-US/thunderbird/2.0.0.16/releasenotes/ from trunk to stage. The change never showed up in the production queue. An hour later, I tried again. It failed then as well. The change is still visible in the staging queue.
Additionally, the production queue is continuously showing the red "this list is out of date" banner. I get emails when things are pushed to stage and haven't gotten any for a long time so that banner is likely incorrect.

Not sure why this is a blocker but I just pushed a ton of files with kubla and it worked. It's slow and the banner takes a long time to get rid of though - I filed bug 452027.
