Throttling was off on this machine. Have turned throttling back on and will see if numbers normalize.

qm-plinux-trunk03 now within 4-5% of qm-plinux-trunk01/02. Can't see any more configuration differences. Without anything to go on, this may just be mysterious machine noise within an acceptable range.
