WFM (on ubuntu 8.04 with gnome desktop).
When clicked on "Open Containing Folder" nautilus is opened with the right folder.
AFAIK this does not work with KDE. See bug 266600.
What desktop environment do you use?
I think this happens in all Linux versions. I have seen this in Xubuntu 9.10, Kubuntu 9.10 and Fedora 11.
