Expected result: in print preview mode, all browser tabs should not have SHOWING state.
Ginn, could you give some background information, why shouldn't they?
Short answer is, because they're covered by the preview.

The impact of this bug is, GOK will grab the links of the page, but the links are not clickable in preview mode.
I guess this bug also impacts Orca, e.g. flat review. Anyway, blind people don't need print preview.
