At random times, the homepage and plugins reset. The homepage is set to the firefox google page, and the plugins act like they were just installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla Firefox

Actual Results:  
It's random, sometimes I get my homepage, other times it resets.

Expected Results:  
I expected to see my homepage

This bug was reported using Firefox 3.0 or older, which is no longer supported. The bug has also not been changed in over 500 days and is still in UNCO.
