Commenting out the 'Sanitizer.jsm' line:
*removes the 2 associated errors;
 *replaced by "*** registering nsSuiteGlue.js: [ SeaMonkey Suite Glue Service ]"
*but is no fix to the rest of the bug.

NB: That part would look like a timing ("too fast") issue !?

In your outlook address book, would you happen to have a card that has "f"
mentioned in it?

Yes, it had.
This test passes after I changed the name in that card.

NB: This must be why I didn't noticed this bug until after I made some tests in bug 448859 comment 4.
