When I print any web page on my Compaq A3000 all-in-one with text on it the text will be printed as garbage even though it displays correctly in print preview.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any web page with text, like the one I provided.
2.Click File, Print, And OK.
3.
Actual Results:
The web page that is printed on my printer is all garbage text, images are fine.

Expected Results:
The web page that is printed on my printer contains the text from the web page I printed in a perfectly legible text, just like it was on the web page and in the print preview

I have tried the suggestions in this thread and none of them helped.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled my printer with the latest drivers and I still have the problem.

Still have the problem in case anybody is watching this bug report.
Attached image Example of the problem
Here is a scan of the page I printed from the link provided. You can clearly see the problem. I updated Firefox recently but still have the same problem.
This is a critical problem It has forced many of us to give up FF3.0.x. Output from banking etcetera forces us to use IE.

The only way to make mozilla org is to vote for this bug, so PLEASE make a test
printing out for example http://validator.w3.org/ with your equipment
Mine is for the moment XP - lexmark x5470

I think it is a shame that this BUG is not confirmed. All of you that has the same problem please vote and/or leave a comment on which equipment you have
A clue to the problem might if you use a network printer. The problem seems more intermittent using local printers
I have the same problem, since I updated to FF 3. Everything works fine with FF 2.5.

I changed the size of the font in the settings to 15 and now the pages are displayed and printed correctly most of the time if I use preview.

I also use network printers.

As one cannot work if you always get garbgage prints I am going to delete FF within the next day on all computers and change back to IE after years of FF-use.
I don't use a network printer but it still happens. Everything looks fine in print preview but it is messed up when it come out of the printer. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem.
I'm having the same problem printing web html pages. I have hardly looked for a solution but still now I don't have found it. And I needed it very much!
I'm so disappointed about Firefox, honestly!
