I noticed this for years, but only now decided to report. There a several indicators in the Firefox GUI whether the page is finished loading or is in the procedure of loading. They are (at least): - the dots circle icon on the right of the menubar - the favicon in the left of the tab title - mouse pointer (normal or normal+sandwatch) - window status bar on the bottom - maybe more (like the progress bar on the right of status bar) The problem: this indicator are totally out of sync with each other. One claims the page is finished, while the other claim it is still being loaded. Or two claim finished, two claim loading. Or any other combination. Are they all for different information ? If yes, what ? If no, why are they not consistent ? This happens almost all time, but say if you need a test case. Reproducible: Always
Well, it does not "happen all the time". I just visited (mostly) the same sites as before, but did not experience the bug. I will post more when I find a way to reproduce.
