If you try to rename two unmigrated 4.x profiles in a row the program can not migrate two profiles in a row.
I am not sure what this bug means-are you trying to migrate two profiles - one after the other (that is possible with 7/12 builds) It is not possible to rename an unmigrated profile yet- see bug 22235
