Details

The navigation links are missing at the top of show_bug.cgi despite they are present upstream. So a customization on b.m.o must break it.

They are indeed absent from the content; but the corresponding <link> tags are still present, as shown on the "Site Navigation Bar" in my SeaMonkey chrome.
This makes bugzilla a huge pain to use for triaging bugs.  Can we please get this fixed asap?

I see the links in content again: either "(12 of 345) First Last Prev Next" or "(This bug is not in your last search results)", above the bug title (aka Summary).
