Clicks on TD elements don't trigger events. This causes the popups on tinderbox
not to go away when clicking on black space in table cells. (They are designed
to go away when you click anywhere other than in the popup or on a link.)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
* load http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=SeaMonkey&nocrap=1
* click an "L" to get a popup
* click blank table cell space
EXPECTED:
popup should go away
ACTUAL:
nothing
BUGGY:
* Win98 mozilla 2000-07-12-09-M17
This is a somewhat recent regression (I forget when I started seeing this).
