453567 - Rename Actionmonkey waterfall to TraceMonkey waterfall

Description

Once Actionmonkey builds are stopped, lets:

1) Rename Actionmonkey waterfall to TraceMonkey waterfall.
2) Move the Tracemonkey builders from MozillaTest waterfall, and the Tracemonkey unittest machines from UnitTest waterfall, over to this new TraceMonkey waterfall.

yeah, i found that out the hardway. I already checked in a bustage fix.
