Setting the default message background can only be done by the simple color dialog.

I want to specify the exact color by rgb or # value.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open color dialog
2. No option to enter value
3.
Actual Results:  
No option to enter #

Expected Results:  
Want option to enter color #

It's pretty old bug, but I guess it can be closed since the feature is implemented already.
