i'm writing a series of browser chrome tests, and would like to share code between them. however, there's not a hacky way of doing so.

i'm currently attempting to get the files preprocessed in order to achieve this via #include. but ideally, this would be built-in to the harness, like in xpcshell.
Please fix this bug ASAP
