When I'm in the Certificates window and have selected a certificate or CA to find more info, I expect that Cmd-I will open the individual cert window (just as in the bookmark manager, cmd-I opens the Info panel). Instead, we beep.

In fact, the only way to open the individual cert window is either double-click or to use the Action menu; we should have a working shortcut that doesn't require FKA.

If we fix this, the menu item should read "Certificate Info" or we should semi-fix bug 363664 (see bug 363664 comment 6) and revert everything except "Page Info" back to just "Get Info".
Seems reasonable to me. I'd prefer changing the title to "Certificate Info" where appropriate.
