When tabbing from the "Components" <select>, instead of ending up in the "Version" <select>, focus lands in the "Component Description" text instead. Since that text is not a form control and you can't do any useful manipulation of it, it doesn't seem like it should be focusable/in the tab order. I don't remember that being the case before, but mostly I'm using a pre-filled template where I'm not doing much tabbing around up there.

WFM using Fx 3.0.1 on Linux. When tabbing from the Component select, the focus jumps to the Version select.
WFM using FF 3.0.1 on Windows XP. Same as LpSolit, tabbing from the Component select, jumps to the Version select. (And to severity label, severity select box, etc.)

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1pre) Gecko/20080907004039 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre When tabbing once forward from the Component rolldown, where I end up depends on which component of mozilla.org I selected, e.g.: - For some components, e.g., "Account Request: CVS" there is a link inside the Component Description text (in this case, "Guide to Become a Mozilla Committer"), and I end up on that link. - For other components, e.g., "Bugzilla: Other b.m.o. issues", there is no such link, and I end up in the Version select, even though there is only one possible value, "other". In both cases the behaviour looks proper to me.
I definitely always end up in the "Component Description" with every mozilla.org component and every Camino component. I don't have tabbing to links enabled, so the presence of links in some component descriptions shouldn't affect the tab chain there (and I end up with the whole paragraph/<div> focused anyway, not just the link). I'll have to do some more testing.
This seems to be a bug in Gecko 1.8.1 (so much so that when the pref is "textfields only" the "Component Description" <div> is still in the tab order :P); when I'm using a Gecko 1.9.0-based product, everything works as expected.
