We don't actively support this configuration, and I think it's broken currently anyway. We should save people from themselves and just make this an error in configure.

I set this up so it's easy to enable this error for other apps in build.sh, but I'm not sure if that matters or not, given that SM/TB have their own configure these days anyway.
